Miniature Cabinet of Mysteries
Sharon offers a this workshop to create an intriguing two-level cabinet box with small drawers, trays and compartments to fill with tiny treasures or just to show off. Using book board, Apoxie Clay, papers, paint, found objects and created objects, we will explore, play, and create for the week. We will bind mini books with the Coptic Stitch and other binding methods to nestle into your box.
All the tools and materials you will need to create your box will be provided. You don’t have to bring anything. Sharon will also provide access to a generous selection of vintage books and paper ephemera, nautical charts and found objects from her personal collection, for you to use in creating your box.
All experience levels are welcome. Come treat yourself and join the fun!
