In this 5-day immersion workshop, Sharon will have EVERYTHING you need to create your Tinkerbox and your handmade books! There is no supply list and no tools to bring.  Sharon will open her trunks of supplies and treasures for the week for you to create.

The outside of your Tinkerbox can be finished with paint, stencils, canvas, lace, velvet, and/or whatever else we dig up in the studio. Together, we will be installing hardware, including hinges, latches, handles and inside drawer pulls.  We will finish the inside of your Tinkerbox with either paint, vintage newspaper, or maybe vintage wall paper?  We will have the option of using molds to create your own custom emblem on the front of your Tinkerbox.

The creating only starts with your Tinkerbox.  We will also be creating various books using a couple of different bookbinding techniques, including the World Famous Coptic Stitch to create Petite Books.
